Shipping & Returns
All our pieces are securely packaged to ensure safe delivery. As each item is made to order, we do not accept returns.

if your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us at constantinajewels@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of your piece, and we will assess the issue.

Each piece is handmade to order with care and intention by Tina in her studio in Melbourne/Naarm.

Once an order has been completed and dispatched, responsibility for delivery is relied on the postal service. Delays caused by customs or courier disruptions are unfortunately outside of our control.

Our pieces cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have started to be made. In the event a parcel is returned to me due to delivery issues, I’m happy to arrange re-shipment, store credit, or a refund minus production costs.

 

Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please email photos to constantinajewels@gmail.com and return it in the original packaging or a secure box. We cannot offer replacements for items damaged during return transit due to insufficient packaging. Deliberately damaged items will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
